Once both kids were in school and starting sports [T ball, Little League, not to mention Scouts] life just got too hectic for me. I wanted, whenever possible, to have proper sitdown dinner. But driving here and there and juggling schedules just made that impossible. And, let’s face it, you can only eat just so many fried chicken dinners your husband picks up on the way home from work.
